What is your return policy for seasonal collections?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that seasonal items must be returned at least 7 days before the start of the holiday to qualify for a full refund.
Are your table settings dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our porcelain and stoneware collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with gold or silver metallic rims are hand-wash only. Please check the product specifications on each item page.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large events or institutions?
